So I am attempting to eat more healthy this year...Trying to cut back on sugar & processed food and eat a lot more raw fruits & veggies.. It's been challenging because I eat ALL the time! I am a snacker....especially in the evenings. Anyway, I was so proud of myself last week when instead of chips or dessert or my typical carb-ish snack, I had a bowl of carrots wrapped in spinach. And I really liked it!
