My imaginary boyfriend

So, when I was a girl...you know the middle school/junior high aged girl I had an imaginary boyfriend.  I know, lame, right?  Most preschoolers have imaginary friends but outgrow that.  Me...well, I don't remember having imaginary friends as a child but I did have an imaginary boyfriend when I was twelve.

His name was Max and he was super cute and totally nice.  :)

Why, you may ask, am I bringing this up now?  Well because the guy from my adolescent imaginations has come to life and has been singing to me weekly on the American Idol stage.  He may have only been two years old when "Max" existed only in my mind but this is exactly what he looked like.  It's crazy!

Stefano Langone may not be the strongest performer on American Idol this year.  In fact, he's not one of the competitors that has been getting my votes but you can't deny his cute factor.  And every week I relive my younger years and reminisce about my imaginary boyfriend, "Max".  Did any of you have imaginary boyfriends or am I alone in this?

Okay, I know...I'm probably a freak.
